The College Capable four-hour facilitated workshop combines video with engaging application activities and an accompanying workbook for notes and activities. After the workshop, students receive twelve weeks of internet-based follow-up which includes weekly evaluation that will both remind students of the principles they are developing into habits and give them a quantitative measure of their progress.
