FACE-TO-FACE CONTINUING EDUCATION

STEP 1: Consultation

What's Involved?

Simply call (979-845-6036) to schedule an initial consultation. To help you think through the program before the consultation, complete the Continuing Education Worksheet and send it to us. In the consultation, we will talk about who does what, including costs, revenues, marketing strategies, and steps for you to take in developing your CE program.

How Long Does It Take?

On average, between 30 minutes to 1 hour.

How Much Does It Cost?

There is no cost and no obligation for this consultation.

STEP 2: Consultation Report

What's Involved?

After your consultation, we send you a pricing ESTIMATE outlining what your program will cost to establish, operate, and maintain. Here are services and their estimated cost to consider as you prepare to launch your program. This includes options for you to decide how you will receive your revenue from the program, as well as next steps for you to take in initiating your CE program.

How Long Does It Take?

Usually a week.

What's Involved?

After you decide to proceed with launching your CE program, we send an agreement to you for review and appropriate signatures.

STEP 4: Content Development

What's Involved?

You develop the content for your program (if not already developed) or contract with us to identify a content expert to do so.

Usually about a month after receipt of all program content.

STEP 5: Launching Your Program

What's Involved?

We work side-by-side with you to successfully plan and implement your program which includes: marketing the program to target audiences, planning the logists for the event, accepting program registrations online, coordinating the actual event, and administering the business aspects of the program.

How Long Does It Take?

Usually 3 months to 18 months, depending upon the nature of the event.
